Registration Mail and insurance (optional): 1.00 GBP/ 2.00USD/ 1.5EUR/ 2.5AUD for each item.
We will NOT responsible for lost or damaged items EXCEPT insured items.
COMBINE SHIPPING: If you want us to send combined items in order to save your shipping fee, we are glad to offer the Combine Item Period for 5 days, you have to make payments for all items at the same time! Please wait until all of your auctions have ended before checkout. In other word, we cannot combine shipping with any items that are already posted.
Shipping Method
Shipping is via air parcel service, air mail or other services depending on situations. Item will be shipped out within 2 business days upon confirmation of payment.
Air delivery is from Asia. Normally, shipping time takes around 7-28 business days. The weekend and holiday are not included, actually depends on postal process. Please make sure your address is correct. Buyers have to pay the shipping fee again if the package returned back to us because of undeliverable address.
Mail Tracking:
If you don't receive your Insured Merchandise 30 days after receiving our shipment notification, please kindly email us and track it in the follow web: http://app1.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp Or please go to your nearest Post Office to check for it. At the same time, we will file a mail tracking request on Post Office. Your Patience is highly appreciated. Once your package is confirmed LOST, we will immediately refund you via Paypal. Customer Satisfaction Policy
Customer's satisfaction is our No. 1 goal. If you are not satisfied with the items for whatever reasons, please return the item to us. We will be happy to exchange or refundyour purchase price less SH. Please include your email address and a note for exchange or refund with your return.
Returned items must be in their original condition with packaging, not worn. We cannot return the shipping fee because it goes to the post office. Return must be made within 7 days after you receive your item.
Nonpaying Bidders
We will report all non paying bidders to ebay and give their accounts to a Law firm for collection. Bidding on eBay is a binding contract, please do not bid if you do not intend to your bid. Not honouring a bid could lead to suspension from eBay and it can also ruin your credit report.
If we find that the buyer did not go to the post office to pick up the item in some cases (these parcels usually return to us after 50 days, and will be marked as unclaismed), we will report to eBay to get back our final value fees. Please reply to the strike as we both agree to cancel the transaction, so that we can remove the strike and get back our fees.
